The steel we use is high-grade steel; it contains niobium and 0.98‰ of titanium, which keeps the chassis very strong with high torsional stiffness and low dead weight. 2.Designed for optimal load distribution
Our trailer design for optimal load distribution. Instead of two web reinforcement structure design, which is commonly used by other Chinese factories, we adopt the structure of width plate and stiffened plate reinforcement. As a result, our trailer has excellent torsional stiffness and is exceptionally stable when loaded.
3.Weld quality
To ensure the weld quality in the critical parts of the trailer, we have introduced advanced welding machine in our production line, including submerged arc welding machine, welding robots, and
kingpin welding machine, etc.
We will have an in-depth conversation first when you reach out to us, and this allows you to clarify your goals and vision. 2. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
You will enjoy the 5-year warranty on the mainframe and 1-year warranty on the OEM parts. Within the warranty period, if there is a defect in your purchased product, we will provide free technical support and spare parts support. After the warranty expires, you will still enjoy the lifetime support.
3. WHICH Departure port would choose?
We usually ship our products from Shanghai, Tianjin and Qingdao port.
4. CAN YOU PROVIDE CUSTOM TRAILER?
We can build custom trailers and special-vehicles to accommodate each client’s needs. Most of the factories in China can only offer standard or templated products due to their limited resources and expertise. Our team consists of many renowned experts and engineers; we can help you develop the right products in the least amount of time.
5. HOW LONG IS YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
For our standard trailers, the production lead time is around 40 days. However, for the custom trailer,
it could take a longer time.
