1.High-grade steel for semi-trailer
The steel we use is high-grade steel, and it contains niobium and 0.98‰ of titanium, which keeps the chassis very strong with high torsional stiffness and low dead weight. 2.Designed for optimal load distribution
Our trailer is designed for optimal load distribution. Instead of two web reinforcement structure design, which is commonly used by other Chinese factories, we adopt the structure of width plate and stiffened plate reinforcement. As a result, our trailer has excellent torsional stiffness and is exceptionally stable when loaded.

To ensure the weld quality in the critical parts of the trailer, we have introduced advanced welding
the machine in our production line, including submerged arc welding machine, welding robots, and kingpin welding machine, etc.

2. How do you transport semi-trailers?
We transport the semi-trailers by bulk or container. Our factory possesses long-term cooperation with ship agency which can provide you lowest shipping fee.
3. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
4. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time
depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
